Our harnesses follow OEM wiring standards, where pin 1 is negative and pin 2 is positive. This configuration is consistent across all VAG cars, including the horn connectors. There should be no need to swap the terminals unless the specific horn unit being used has non-standard or reversed polarity.

I bought this for my right side/low tone horn connector whose wires were broken from inside. This one is just the perfect replacement for the OEM. Completely snug fit and OEM finish too. Waterproofing also done inside.
