1. Website Usage and Product Representation

1.1. Accuracy of Displayed Colors

While every effort is made to accurately display product colors, variations may occur due to device-specific color gamuts, embedded image processors, or lighting conditions.

1.2. Responsibility for Product Compatibility

Customers must verify product compatibility with their requirements before making a purchase. The details, descriptions, and bullet points provided on product pages are binding terms of the sale.

1.3. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms & conditions, including the product-specific terms outlined in descriptions and bullet points.


2. Orders and Shipping

2.1. Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled once they are dispatched or picked up by the courier.

2.2. Estimated Delivery Date (EDD)

The EDD is determined by the shipping/courier company and may vary depending on the destination. Notifications of the EDD will be sent via email and/or SMS.

  • Expediting delivery is beyond our control; customers may contact the shipping company directly for assistance.

2.3. Shipment Tracking

Shipment tracking details will be shared via automated emails and/or SMS to the registered contact details. Customers are responsible for following up directly with the shipping company.

  • For any issues, we will assist you in ensuring delivery as per the courier's EDD.

2.4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require a mandatory partial advance payment at the time of placing the order.
  • COD orders attract additional handling and logistics charges levied by the shipping partner. These charges are displayed transparently at the checkout page prior to order confirmation.
  • The balance amount payable under a COD order is clearly shown at checkout and must be paid directly to the delivery agent at the time of delivery.
  • Once a COD order is placed, it may be cancelled prior to dispatch; however, the partial advance payment is non-refundable.
  • Once a COD order is dispatched or handed over to the courier partner, it cannot be cancelled, recalled, or modified.
  • If a dispatched COD order is refused, rejected, or marked undelivered due to customer non-acceptance, a COD return handling fee shall be applicable. Such fee will be adjusted against the partial advance payment made at the time of order placement.
  • No additional charges apply to prepaid payment modes including credit cards, debit cards, net banking, wallets, and UPI. Discounts, if any, are applicable only to eligible UPI payments. RuPay Credit Card transactions via UPI are not accepted.

3. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

3.1. Eligibility

  • Only damaged or defective products are eligible for exchange.
  • Return and refund requests are subject to our Returns & Refund Policy, which you are encouraged to review before making a purchase.

3.2. Claiming Defects or Damages

  • Any defects or damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery through the Contact Us page, WhatsApp, or email ([email protected]).
  • Claims filed after the timeline will be evaluated at our discretion.

3.3. Return Shipping

Shipping costs for claiming returns, exchanges, or warranties are borne by the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise in our policies.


4. Limitations of Liability

4.1. Tampered or Damaged Packages

Customers must inspect packages upon delivery. Tampered or damaged packages should be rejected, with a photo/video proof captured for record.

  • Accepting tampered packages voids eligibility for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

4.2. Customer Negligence

We are not liable for issues arising from customer negligence, including but not limited to:

  • Providing incorrect delivery addresses.
  • Failing to verify product compatibility before purchase.

5. Warranty

5.1. Warranty Terms

Warranty coverage is product-specific and outlined on individual product pages. Customers must adhere to the terms and conditions of the warranty policy, including pre-authorization and evidence submission.

5.2. Exclusions

Warranty claims may be denied in cases of:

  • Physical damage or misuse.
  • Tampering, reverse engineering, or unauthorized repairs.

5.3. Resolution Timeline

Warranty claims are resolved within 7–10 working days after receipt of the product.


6. Dispute Resolution

6.1. Jurisdiction

All disputes arising out of or related to transactions with us are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

6.2. Proof of Delivery Disputes

In the event of a false delivery claim, disputes may take 10–15 working days to resolve. Customers are required to collaborate during the resolution process.
