It's made in China like all other Android stereos available in India. There is no manufacturing of Android based stereos in India (if anyone say they do, they are simply lying).

Better than expensive RCD 340 as it is fully wireless. Very nice upgrade from stock stereo. No lags, all steering buttons working as intended.
