Shipping & Delivery

We ship most of our orders through our shipping partners such as Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC depending on service available to the pin code you have entered. In extreme cases, we ship through Indiapost as well where other shipping channels are not available. We ship daily except on Tuesday and Sunday (or any public holiday when shipping company do not operate).

Mode of Shipments

  • Express in case of non-battery product and destination beyond 500 KM or more and shipping weight is less than 2kg.
  • Standard in case local or inter-city (up to 500 KM distance from Pune City) or shipment weight over 2kg where air shipment is not possible due to oversize package.

Post Dispatch

Orders received before 9 AM are dispatched the same day else schedule for the next business day. Once order dispatched, a tracking link is shared with the buyer where tentative delivery timelines along with each scan details are trackable. Buyer is responsible to track and coordinate delivery with the shipping company directly.
