Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy
- Initiate the return request within 5 days of product delivery.
- Formally communicate the request through our Contact-Us page and await acknowledgment.
- Return the merchandise in its original, unused condition with undamaged packaging.
- Ensure adequate cushioning and protection during return shipment.
- Use a trackable shipping option for return, avoiding carriers like xpressbees, trackon, or Ecom.
- Obtain prior return authorization to prevent unauthorized returns, which may result in forfeiture.
Package Delivery & RTO (Return to Origin)
- Shipments are dispatched to the specified address during order placement, with no address corrections post-dispatch.
- Address mismatches require direct contact with the shipping company for corrections; we do not facilitate this process.
- Shipping companies attempt a maximum of 3 deliveries, marking the order as RTO (Return to Origin) after the third failed attempt.
- Customers must receive the shipment before the third delivery attempt, addressing any delivery issues promptly.
- RTO shipments incur charges, deducted from the customer, with any remaining amount refunded to the original payment method.

- Orders are shipped through reputable carriers, our shipments are insured and packed in temperproof secure packaging.
- Avoid sharing OTP over the phone, and never instruct delivery personnel to leave packages unattended.
- Report false deliveries immediately, working collaboratively to secure proof of delivery. Fake delivery attempt must be reported within 4-8 hours of last status.
- Disputes for proof of delivery may take up to 10-15 working days; both parties must wait for resolution.
- Genuine false delivery cases warrant order resending or a refund if stock is unavailable.
- Various warranty terms apply to different product categories, specified on respective product pages.
- Damages resulting from factors beyond our control may be subject to the return policy.
- Customers must seek pre-authorization for warranty claims, submitting evidence through a Warranty Claim Request.
- Once authorized, we aim to provide suitable replacements; if not possible, we issue store credit with a 3-month validity.
- Store credit is tied to the user’s account and must be utilized within the specified period, without extensions.
- Return/exchange requests for generic reasons (e.g., personal preference) may be processed at our discretion.
General warranty durations include:
- OEM Parts & Accessories: Typically 1-2 year from the date of purchase
- Aftermarket Parts & Accessories: 6 months from the date of purchase
- Consumable Goods: No warranty unless manufacturing defects
- Customized Products: Warranty terms agreed upon before ordering
