This ISO to Quadlock connector is offered in two variants: With Support and Without Support (Cable Only). The support plan choice is made only at the time of purchase. Once the order is placed, technical support cannot be added, upgraded, or purchased separately later. The support amount paid is strictly non-refundable.
The With Support plan includes a single 20 to 30 minute telephonic or video call session to guide you on connecting the CANBUS wires and understanding harness connections. This is a remote guidance service only; on-site / in-person installation is not included and must be arranged with your own installer.
Proper operation also depends on the hardware in your car. The vehicle must have a compatible BCM (Body Control Module) version 086 or higher and a suitable quadlock connector. We strongly recommend confirming these details with your installer, dealer, or service center before ordering.
Any wiring changes, splicing, tapping into power, CAN, or speaker lines, and any modifications to the vehicle harness are done at the customer's own risk and responsibility. Our guidance is strictly limited to explaining product wiring. CAN Bus Wiring Instructions
To enable steering wheel controls, Bluetooth sync, backlight illumination, and automatic ignition power shutoff (preventing battery drain), connect the extended CAN bus wires using one of the following methods based on your vehicle equipment:

Option 1: Factory ISO Connector with Active CAN Wires (Volkswagen Only)
If your vehicle's factory ISO plug already has active CAN wires on pins 1 and 5 (often present on cars with Bluetooth-capable factory stereos):
- Connect the Orange + Purple wire to Pin 1 (CAN-H).
- Connect the Orange + Gray wire to Pin 5 (CAN-L).

Note: This method does not apply to Skoda vehicles, as pins 1 and 5 are dummy/unpinned in their factory ISO connectors.

Option 2: Climatronic / Automatic Climate Control (Skoda or Volkswagen)
If your vehicle does not have active CAN lines in the ISO plug but is equipped with Climatronic automatic climate control:
- Locate the black connector block on the rear of the climate control unit.
- Match and tap the Orange + Purple wire (CAN-H) and Orange + Gray wire (CAN-L) to the corresponding CAN communication pins on the climate control harness.

Option 3: BCM Direct Connection (Manual AC Cars, Basic Trims & Skoda Rapid)
If your car lacks active CAN wires at the ISO plug and has manual AC controls (standard on VW Polo/Vento Trendline, Comfortline, and Skoda Rapid):
- Tap the Orange + Purple wire to Pin 20 (CAN-H) on the Body Control Module (BCM) white/black connector.
- Tap the Orange + Gray wire to Pin 21 (CAN-L) on the BCM connector.

Note: Verify BCM pinouts for your specific vehicle model year. If selecting the Cable Only variant, no individual installation support is provided for this method.
