1. Order Processing & Dispatch Cut-Off
Orders placed before 9:00 AM IST on business days (Monday to Saturday) undergo bench-testing and are handed over to couriers on the same calendar day. Orders placed after 9:00 AM IST are dispatched on the next business day.

Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune): 2 to 4 business days.

3. Real-Time Tracking
Once your order is packed and manifested, tracking details with carrier name (Blue Dart, DTDC, Amazon Shipping, Ekart, India Post) and live AWB tracking links are automatically sent via WhatsApp, SMS, and Email. You can also track your shipment anytime on our Track Your Order page.
4. Critical: Inspection on Delivery & Unboxing Video
Do not accept visibly crushed, opened, or tampered parcels from the courier executive. If you notice outer damage, reject the delivery immediately with the remark "Damaged Packaging". If accepted, a single continuous unboxing video from sealed box to testing is strictly required for any damage claims within 48 hours.
