How do I adjust the blink rate?

Bought the relay for my motorcycles to get rid of fast blinking and problem solved as soon as it was plugged in.

The good part, the adjuster provided at the bottom allows changing flashing frequency (whether to make it fast or slow) giving better control on what works better. I keep it slightly faster than halogen and it looks nice.
